Locality! We might be Scandinavian (Swedish to be precise), but we love using local suppliers wherever possible!
We aim to serve a modern take on food from the Nordics, old and new, with dishes constantly evolving around the seasons to be lighter in the spring, and warming towards the autumn!
Nordik was established by Shane Davies-Nilsson, with encouragement from his partner Lauren, in July 2021.
After a little research and development, we launched our first pop in October that same year. After that, we went straight into another four pop-ups!
Now, the search for bricks and mortar begin….
